1. Payment Policy
1.1 Full Payment Requirement:
· All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. No orders will be processed or confirmed until payment is received.
1.2 Accepted Payment Methods:
· We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Cash App and Zelle.
1.3 Payment Confirmation:
· A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your payment, including your order details and estimated delivery/pickup date and time.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Finality of Orders:
· All orders are final, cannot be canceled, but may be rescheduled based on availability and at the discretion of the owner.
2.2 Eligible Refunds:
· Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
· - The order cannot be fulfilled due to an error or unforeseen issue on our part (i.e. inclement weather).
· - The product arrives damaged (proof required within 24 hours of delivery).
2.3 Disclaimers on Taste and Appearance:
· Due to the handcrafted nature of our treats, slight variations in design or appearance may occur. Refunds will not be issued for minor aesthetic differences or flavor preferences.
3. Allergy Disclaimer
3.1 Allergy Awareness:
· Our treats are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.
3.2 Customer Responsibility:
· It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any specific allergy concerns at the time of placing the order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
4. Order and Pickup Policies
4.1 Order Acceptance:
· By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Changes to the order may only be requested within 24 hours of submission. Once a confirmation email for the order has been sent, no further modifications will be accepted.
4.2 Pickup Policy:
· Pickup dates and times will be communicated to customers, and confirmation is required within 24 hours of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent within 48-72 hours after the order is received.
· - Pickup/Delivery is only available on Saturdays and Sundays.
· - Weekday pickups may be accommodated for an additional fee; however, arrangements must be discussed and confirmed via call, text, email, or direct message prior to placing your order.
4.3 Grace Period and Preferred Pickup Time:
· Customers are granted a grace period of one hour if they are delayed for their scheduled pickup. It is essential to maintain clear communication prior to the scheduled pickup time. If no communication is received within the one-hour grace period, the pickup or delivery may be rescheduled at the owner’s discretion. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed for orders not picked up on time, and if rescheduling cannot be accommodated, the order will be considered non-refundable.
· Customers may also select a preferred pickup time within the designated pickup window at the time of order confirmation.
4.4 Inquiries vs. Confirmed Orders:
· Any conversations before or after an order has been placed are considered inquiries. No order is confirmed without payment being received.
4.5 Changes to Orders:
· Additional charges may apply for order change requests, including customizations. Customers will receive a breakdown of additional charges before confirming changes.
· Any requests requiring an additional cost will be communicated via the customer’s preferred method of communication. Once an invoice is sent, payment is required upon receipt.
4.7 Delivery Responsibility:
· Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate details for delivery/pickup. R.A.P Sweet Treats is not liable for delays due to incorrect information.

6. Liability Disclaimer
6.1 Product Condition Post-Delivery:
· R.A.P Sweet Treats is not responsible for damage to products once they have been delivered or picked up by the customer.
6.2 Consumption Responsibility:
· Customers are responsible for consuming treats by the suggested “best by” date and storing them appropriately upon receipt.
